BLOOH Solution offers a comprehensive portfolio of honeycomb cores and panels engineered for aerospace, marine, architectural and industrial applications. Options include aluminum, glass fiber/resin composites, Nomex® aramid and Kevlar® panels with engineered perforation and multiple cell geometries for strength, durability and low weight.

Aluminum Honeycomb Panels

  • • High stability at very low weight; thermally conductive and temperature-resistant
  • • Fire-resistant, corrosion-resistant, resistant to mold/fungal growth
  • • High load capacity and resistance to mechanical stress
  • • Can be formed into three-dimensional objects for broad application possibilities

Glass Fiber / Resin Composite Panels

  • • Lightweight, durable composite with good fire protection characteristics
  • • Non-conductive, corrosion- and moisture-resistant
  • • Multiple glass fibers available; honeycomb size and density are configurable

Nomex® Aramid Honeycomb Panels

  • • Flame-retardant, dimensionally stable and lightweight; globally certified
  • • Available in various versions, with or without crumple zones
  • • Can be pre-perforated individually to application requirements

Kevlar® Honeycomb Panels

  • • Highly durable, resilient and extremely lightweight; excellent fire protection
  • • Uses DuPont Kevlar® fibers coated with high-grade resin

  • • Custom perforation possible; can be formed three-dimensionally
  • • Pressure-resistant panels; lengths up to ~6 m and thickness up to ~30 cm manufacturable
